Your Role

Collaborate directly with partners and senior associates on Corporate M&A matters.
Advise clients on a broad range of corporate law issues, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
Draft and review contracts, transactional documents, and legal opinions.
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and stay updated on legal developments.

The Ideal Profile

2 to 7 years of experience in a Corporate M&A department of a recognized law firm.
Belgian Master in Law.
Dutch or French speaking with excellent English
Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
