As a junior accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our Brussels office. Your responsibilities will include booking both sales and purchase invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and sending timely payment reminders.

You will also be in charge of client invoicing and maintaining an organized archive of financial documents. In addition, you will assist with VAT declarations and contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports. Your support will be essential in compiling accurate data for the head accountant or external auditor.

Finally, you will serve as a point of contact for suppliers and clients, addressing any questions related to invoicing with professionalism and clarity.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent through experience
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Excellent command of Dutch and French; English is a plus
Familiar with accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Accurate, organized, and discreet
